We manufacture and supply handheld fans and related small household electrical appliances and provide wholesale, OEM and ODM manufacturing services.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order or inquiry does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.

An order becomes binding when we issue an order confirmation, proforma invoice or other written confirmation and receive any required payment.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on the website may be changed without notice. The applicable price is the price confirmed when an order is accepted.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include import duties, customs charges, local taxes, brokerage fees, bank charges or other destination-country expenses.

For wholesale, OEM and ODM orders, prices, currencies, deposits, payment schedules and bank charges will be stated in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice or written agreement.

7. Shipping, Customs and Delivery

Shipping and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy or in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree in writing to a guaranteed deadline. Delays may occur because of customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, transportation disruptions, regulatory inspections, battery-shipping restrictions or events outside our reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, for applicable import duties, taxes, customs-clearance requirements and local fees.

Risk of loss and title to goods will transfer according to the shipping terms stated in the relevant order confirmation, proforma invoice or written agreement.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations for standard retail products are governed by our Refund Policy.

Customers should inspect delivered products promptly and contact us within the period specified in the applicable Refund Policy or written purchase agreement if products are damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete.

Any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.

Customized, private-label, OEM and ODM products may not be cancelled, returned or refunded after production has begun, except where the products fail to meet the specifications expressly agreed in writing or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

9. Wholesale, OEM and ODM Orders

Website information, messages and preliminary quotations do not replace a final proforma invoice, purchase agreement or manufacturing agreement.

For wholesale, OEM and ODM orders, the following matters must be confirmed in writing where applicable:

• Product model and technical specifications

• Minimum order quantity

• Unit price and total price

• Samples and sample charges

• Logo, color and packaging requirements

• Tooling, mold and design charges

• Payment terms

• Production schedule

• Inspection and acceptance standards

• Certification and testing requirements

• Shipping terms

• Warranty and after-sales obligations

Production will normally begin only after we receive the required deposit, final artwork, product specifications and other necessary approvals.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving samples, artwork, logos, packaging, labeling and specifications before mass production. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or production delays.

Reasonable variations inherent in mass production, including minor variations in color, dimensions, materials or packaging, will not constitute a defect unless the relevant written agreement provides otherwise.

Any purchase order issued by a business customer is subject to our written acceptance. Additional or conflicting terms contained in a customer’s purchase order will not apply unless expressly accepted by us in writing.

10. Customer-Supplied Materials and Intellectual Property

Customers who provide trademarks, logos, artwork, product designs, packaging, instructions or other materials represent that they have the legal right to use and authorize us to use those materials for the relevant order.

The customer is responsible for claims arising from customer-supplied materials that infringe the intellectual-property rights of another party.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, tooling, molds, drawings, prototypes and customized development work remain subject to the ownership and usage arrangements stated in the relevant quotation, proforma invoice or manufacturing agreement.

11. Product Compliance and Import Requirements

We will provide certificates, test reports or compliance information only where expressly stated or agreed in writing.

Certificates and test reports apply only to the specific models, configurations and materials identified in those documents. A certificate for one product or configuration must not be interpreted as applying automatically to a modified or customized product.

Business customers, importers and distributors are responsible for confirming the product, labeling, packaging, language, battery, transportation, customs and regulatory requirements of their intended market before ordering.

Additional testing, certification, labeling or documentation requested by a customer may involve additional fees and production time.

12. Intellectual Property of the Website

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, including text, photographs, videos, graphics, product images, logos, icons, designs and page layouts, is owned by or licensed to Guangdong Hexu Technology Co., Ltd.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith consultation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, unless mandatory applicable law requires another forum.

For wholesale, OEM and ODM orders, the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions in the applicable signed agreement, accepted proforma invoice or other written contract will take precedence over this section.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

23. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Legal Notice and any order-specific written agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from us.

For wholesale, OEM and ODM transactions, an accepted proforma invoice, purchase agreement or manufacturing agreement will take precedence if it conflicts with these general website Terms.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices or applicable laws. The revised version will be posted on this website with an updated date.

Changes will not retroactively alter an order that has already been accepted unless agreed by both parties or required by law.
